Counselling has helped because I am not as angry  as I am doing the exercises Catherine taught me.I trusted talking to Catherine and I can now sometimes talk to my friends and teachers.

You've helped me a ton when I've been with you.Its been upsetting from time to time but you've always been there for me and made me feel better.

Catherine has given me a safe and trusting space to talk about some of the most challenging and difficult times of my Life,helping me to gain new perspectives on past events and empowering me to choose how I allow these Events to impact my future.

Throughout our supervision sessions, I have felt listened to, understood and grateful for those gentle challenges that Catherine offers. She occasionally brings my attention to my body language which has helped me to recognise the unconscious process.
