We all experience stress from time to time and a build up of things can cause a negative effect on our well being. Stress from work can begin to effect our job performance and your private life. When in the thick of situations it can be difficult to find a way out, or think clearly. Counselling can help as you reflect upon issues, understanding what could be causing your stress, clearing a path for you to begin to work things out and ease your anxiety.
If counselling is not for you, then try supervision. This is not counselling, but is a very supportive way to explore your work loads and the anxieties that may go with it.
